The World Must First Hold Up Under One Pair of Boots
Before anyone else sets foot in Thessyra, it has to work for one person, first.
Movement. A blade in hand. A single stretch of ground and something worth fighting. That much now stands on its own — a weapon that swings true, a foe that fights and falls, a death that costs something and a return that isn't free of consequence.

Movement & TraversalIn progress
How a Body Crosses the World
Pulled forward early, ahead of schedule, on purpose: crouching, crawling low, leaning around a corner, vaulting a low wall, climbing rope and ladder and, for the trained few, bare stone itself. Movement is felt in every waking moment spent here — worth the extra care now, before it's buried under everything built on top of it.
A Small Circle, Let In Early
A handful of willing hands are invited in — not to be impressed, but to break things honestly and say so. This is where Thessyra stops being one person's private practice and starts, quietly, being a world other people can stand in.

What Is Built, Remains
Memory Takes Root
A character earned through real hours of swordplay should never simply vanish when the candle's blown out. This stage is where that memory takes hold — skill, wound, and rank carrying forward from one sitting to the next.
One World, Holding Many
The furthest horizon, and the most honest one to name plainly: a true seamless world, holding many souls at once, none of it walled off into private copies for private parties.
This is the hardest stage by far, and it will not be rushed to meet it before it's ready.
There is no calendar nailed to this road — only the order each stage has to come in. Progress will be spoken of honestly, in the working journal, as it actually happens.
